Listen to Director of the Philadelphia Water Department’s Office of Watersheds (and TTF Board Member!) Howard Neukrug on today’s Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane on WHYY Radio. In the first hour of the program, Howard explains the combined sewer overflow problem in Philadelphia and how the Green City, Clean Waters initiative plans to address it.
