The meadow is nature's way of filtering water before it reaches the lake. The storm drains are counter productive as they are now designed. We need storm drains ? that filter out the bad stuff/garbage and send the water down stream to the meadows and the lake. The meadows need water. The meadows are dying in South Lake Tahoe because of the storm drains.
