When it comes to the health of the planet, you want to make sure your vote counts.

Voting for the Environment is a free program hosted by The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University in their Academy Town Square series. It will feature a roundtable discussion with leaders of the League of Conservation Voters, Clean Air Council, and other key environmental and advocacy organizations.

Learn about the important issues that affect the local and global environment and how the upcoming election will influence them. Join us for this interactive discussion that will help you become a better citizen.

The featured speakers are:

– Josh McNeil, Executive Director of Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania, Vice President for Civic Engagement at PennFuture
– Julie Slavet, Executive Director of Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership, Inc.
– Joseph Minott, Esq. Executive Director and Chief Counsel of Clean Air Council

Moderator: Roland Wall, Director of Patrick Center for Environmental Research Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University
