Join Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership to protect clean water and care for nature at one of our favorite community green spaces in northeast Philadelphia.

Join neighbors and fellow volunteers in removing invasive plants, stewarding natural habitats, and cleaning up debris. Good fun (and mud) is guaranteed!

Volunteering is a great way to learn more about the natural world, give your time to a great cause, and connect with the community. Thank you for giving back.

No experience is necessary. Instructions, tools, and supplies will be provided, including gloves, snacks, and water. Please bring a refillable water bottle with you.

Location: 4641 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19124
Time: 9am to 12pm
Date: Saturday, August 13th, 2022

Health and safety are important for all of us. Please note these details:
Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt to protect against thorns and biting insects.
Sturdy, waterproof boots are recommended.
Wear a hat and sunscreen in summer.
Bees are active in warm weather; carry your epi-pen if you are allergic.
We follow Philadelphia safety guidelines for Covid-19. If you are sick, please stay home.
