Bring your friends and family for an evening of hands-on environmental education featuring fun nature games from TTF Watershed Partnership’s Creekmobile (our traveling education center) and a talk by Billy Brown.

Billy’s talk is called “Philly Wildlife Goes Global.” At this program, you will also hear about how you can participate in the first City Nature Challenge right here in Philadelphia this spring!

$10 suggested donation, but you can also come for free.

About Billy: Billy Brown has been herping Philadelphia since 2004, wrote the Philly Herping blog for 7 years, and spent over 5 years writing about urban natural history topics for Grid Magazine. He produces and co-hosts the Urban Wildlife Podcast. He also leads herping walks, coordinates the Pennsylvania Amphibian and Reptile Survey for Philadelphia, and tries really hard to learn about non-herps too.

Nature Talks is Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership’s series of annual thought-provoking conversations, made possible by Billy Brown, and United By Blue. United By Blue is a Philadelphia-based outdoor brand with a focus on conservation and community. Each year, billions of pounds of trash end up in our oceans. They believe that we are all united by the blue of our world’s oceans and waterways and we have the responsibility to protect them. For every product sold, United By Blue removes 1 pound of trash from our world’s oceans and waterways. United By Blue’s flagship retail store and cafe is an unique blend of outdoor clothing & gear, food, coffee, and more.
