Spring means ice-free roads and snow-free trails, making it a great season to celebrate runners. Black Girls RUN!, created in 2009, is a nationwide community organization that motivates women to take charge of their own health. Conceived to tackle the growing obesity epidemic in the African American community, this group of runners is determined to confront this health crisis head on by encouraging Black women to get healthy by training together. They want to start a movement to encourage ALL women to get off the couch and get active.

Grab a drink, get comfortable with a laptop (or smartphone), and join the program via Zoom!
