Join us to plant native trees and shrubs along Tacony Creek at the historic Friends Hospital.
We will plant a buffer along a creek tributary and restore an area damaged by the construction of a pump track. This project will prevent erosion, improve water quality and provide habitat.
All tools and supplies provided, including work gloves, masks, snacks, and water. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet or dirty. Long sleeves recommended. Please being bring a reusable water bottle if you have one. We provide a free reusable water bottle to volunteers. Philadelphia Covid guidelines followed.
