Jennifer Mastalerz

Jennifer Mastalerz is an owner of Bennett Compost with over 12 years of experience in the Philadelphia composting world.  She came to Philadelphia in 2000 to study architecture at Drexel University. After obtaining her degree, professional license and working in the field for 7 years she decided to follow a passion for urban farming and ended up in the composting field where she’s been ever since.  Jennifer (Jen) lives in East Mt Airy with her husband and 2 daughters and loves exploring Philadelphia green spaces and growing food in her community garden.
