Luanda Morris

Luanda Morris is an early childhood education professional with 15+ years’ experience evaluating programs on educational services and programming for young children. Her professional experience includes work with quality rating and improvement systems (QRIS), Head Start, and early childhood programming at the local, state, and national level. Luanda works in early childhood education at the federal level. She has an M.Ed. from Neumann University, and a B.S. from Penn State. Luanda, her husband and two daughters are regular participants in our Tacony Creek Park programs! Luanda sincerely cares about working to improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
