Marc’s responsibilities include the integration, direction and management of the Department’s planning initiatives and environmental services focused on wet weather compliance, source water protection, green infrastructure implementation, traditional infrastructure planning, ecological restoration, laboratory services and climate mitigation and adaptation.  His Division is leading the efforts for the “Green City, Clean Waters” program which integrates land-based urban sustainability goals with the goals for clean, safe, attractive, and accessible rivers and streams. He has over 24 years of experience in water resources engineering and environmental planning.  He is a Professional Environmental Engineer with a graduate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a Master’s of Science in water resources engineering from Drexel University.
