TTF Office Warming “Takes the Cake”

This past summer TTF made the big move to Frankford’s Globe Dye Works, a converted factory that’s host to artists and businesses. It’s exciting and energizing to be surrounded by so many creative artists and entrepreneurs!

We recently hosted an open house and office warming party to welcome folks from across our 30-square mile watershed community as well as neighbors. At the open house, we welcomed friends, neighbors, partners and board members to our new space. The event offered us the opportunity to meet new people, see familiar faces, and share TTF’s work.

We couldn’t have had such a successful occasion without generous donations from our event sponsors: O’Brien & Gere, Matrix New World, Keep Philadelphia Beautiful, Philadelphia Water Department, A Cupcake Wonderland, Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, Frankford Gazette, and Yards Brewing Company.

A Cupcake Wonderland, event sponsor and fellow Globe Dye Works tenant, donated a cake in the likeness of Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Creek. The cake featured TTF’s logo, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Tacony Creek Park gateways, the Creek, and native flowers!

We’d like to thank everyone who celebrated our move and warmed our office space. Your positive presence helped to complete the transformation of our office into a true home!
