REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Tacony Creek Park and Frankford Creek Greenway Master Plan (TCPMP) – Planning Consultant
Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR) and the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership (TTF) invite qualified firms to respond to a Request for Proposals for a one-time contract to perform professional planning services involving creation of a Master Plan for Tacony Creek Park and the Frankford Creek Greenway.
The RFP, including the project scope, specific requirements, the proposal, proposal evaluation criteria and the proposed contractual agreement, is posted here.
Complete proposals (electronic copy in PDF format) must arrive as received by no later than Monday, March 29, 2021 at 4:00PM EST. Any hardcopy documents should arrive by the same deadline addressed to Stephanie Craighead at stephanie.craighead@phila.gov/Julie Slavet at julie@TTFwatershed.org.
All questions directly the project, site, and/or clarifications regarding the RFP process must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Craighead/Julie Slavet. Responses will be shared with all firms who have indicated their intention to respond to the RFP within two business days of receipt.
