Join your neighbors and Streamkeepers for our Second Saturday cleanup!
We will meet at the creek behind McKinley Elementary.
All tools and supplies will be provided, including work gloves (though you’re welcome to bring your own). Please note, restrooms are not available. No plastic water bottles – please bring a reusable water bottle if you have one.
This month, we will be working to repair downed fencing, and add tree tubes to help protect native plantings as they grow. We will also be working to remove invasive plants such as porcelain berry, phragmites and multiflora rose.
Remember to wear a mask, and to stay home if you experience COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case in the last 14 days.
This event will be canceled in the event of heavy rain or thunder! The rain date is April 17th from 10am – 12pm.
