Fall Festival and Concert — Part of River Days of the Alliance for Watershed Education
Tacony Creek Park at the big field between Rising Sun and Olney Avenues
Saturday, October 2 from 1 pm to 5 pm; Concert will start at 3 pm
A Co-Production of the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership and Olney Culture Lab of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia
Professor Randy J. Gibson and his Double Portion Ensemble will perform his Tacony Creek Suite album in its entirety live on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Tacony Creek Park (at the big field at Olney and Rising Sun Avenues.) The concert will be a part of TTF’s Fall Festival and is a joint production with Olney Culture Lab of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia.
The Festival will be from 1 to 5 PM, with the concert beginning at 3 PM. The Festival will feature nature games, arts & crafts, giveaways and lots more.
Event is FREE and open to the public. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors at a location to be announced later. Attendees will be asked to observe all COVID safety policies regarding social distancing and mask wearing, especially if the event moves indoors
