If Trees Could Talk: Art Grows in Tacony Creek Park

TTF Watershed Partnership

On October 17, Tacony Creek Park neighbors will join with TTF and BKLvisions to create a beautiful maple tree and leaves that express how they feel about trees, water, and nature. This performance is part of the City of Philadelphia’s Arts in Action initiative managed by the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy.

Then on February 15, 2020 we will bring this special portable tree and its many completed and blank leaves home to Tacony Creek Park. We will come together at our annual Maple Sugaring Festival with even more neighbors to enjoy the tree, add more leaves, and learn about and enjoy delicious maple syrup!
