Sam brings a wealth of experience in community development and data analysis from his work with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce. With a strong academic background from Temple University, where he earned his Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Sam is dedicated to making a positive impact on our community. His passion for fostering local development and his expertise in data-driven decision-making will be invaluable to our mission.
