Tiffany Ledesma

Tiffany has served the public sector for over 25 years, primarily in the water and environmental space. She is a strategic communications,  public engagement, and partnership development expert. Tiffany started working alongside the TTF community during the early years of the watershed partnership formation. When she was a contractor to the Philadelphia Water Department, Tiffany and her colleagues worked with the TTF community on the river conservation plan and the integrated watershed management plan. She also supported the launch of environmental education initiatives and helped facilitate the implementation of various green stormwater infrastructure projects in the TTF watershed. Tiffany is inspired by the growth of the TTF organization and is honored to serve as a board member today. As a native of Puerto Rico, she’s most encouraged by the cultural sensitivity integrated into the TTF programming. The bird walks in Spanish, and the bilingual newsletters especially make her smile.

Tiffany is the president, founder, and principal consultant of Agua Arc.  Agua Arc helps public agencies and organizations engage communities around initiatives that deliver cleaner water, greener public spaces, and stronger, more resilient futures. Agua Arc is a Latina-owned, woman-led strategic communications and public engagement consulting practice in the water, environmental, and risk reduction (natural hazards) space.

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and a master’s in environmental management from the University of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Tiffany especially loves any quality time she can get with her college-aged daughter, escaping to a body of water, and hooking friends up with travel tips to Puerto Rico!
